California Fitness
Yesterday was the first day of training in the school holidays. Within these two weeks holidays fitness will be put to test. Talking about fitness makes me weak everywhere. Nonetheless i will stay commited to the team and attend all the trainings. Yesterday's training was a torturous one for us. We were suppose to start the fitness training gradually, as time moves on, the more intensive it gets. Obviously our coach does'nt read the script and we started with an intensive one. What we were told to do:
- Run 5 rounds of the field that cover about 2km
- 6 sets of running of the ball that covers about 1.2km
- Basic tackling and how to get away from a tackle
- One on one full tackle which consist of 8 times
- 4 against 4 game which consist of 10 times
By the end of the training, all were feeling drained out and exhausted. Some even vomitted after the 6 sets running. I was okay but seriously feeling over exhausted. But i have a minor injury now. During the 4 vs 4 game i landed my body awkward on my elbow and kinda strain my elbow. Now it cant fully close or fully stretch. Tommorrow there will be another fitness session and i was told we will be running on slopes. Wow... How interesting... Wish me luck guys...
